No trader has 10 graded AAPL calls yet. The board opens when there is enough evidence to order people honestly, and not before.
A per-instrument board rewards specialisation, which is real — but it also makes small samples look authoritative. Ten calls on one instrument is a thin basis for a ranking, which is why the worst call sits in the table right next to the average.
